After you place an order on www.e-gerovital.com,
a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
us. Another email will be sent to the same email address once the
order has been shipped to you. Please note that all products available
on www.e-gerovital.com are
subject to Availability [see the ?Terms & Conditions].
- How can I view the details of my transaction?
Immediately after an order has been submitted and payment accepted,
an automated sales invoice would be forwarded to the email address
that was provided in your order details.
This invoice should be reviewed, and retained for any further references.
Currenly we are able to accept credit card payments [Visa, MasterCard,
Diners Club and JCB] and bank transfers. Please note that if you
decide to pay for your order with a bank transfer, your order will
be shipped out only after the payment is received in our processor?s
bank account.
- Can the shipping address be different from the billing
address?
Yes - if you want to have your order shipped to a different location
than the billing address, all you have to do is to fill in the
new delivery address as a step of the checkout process.
- What carrier(s) are you using?
Currently we can provide two shipping methods:
* EMS [Express Mail Service] -- EMS is an international
cross-border express mail service which ensures the dispatching
of goods world-wide.
* PRIORIPOST ? PRIORIPOST
is the Romanian Post?s domestic service with a widest network
which allows the sending of documents and goods.
- How long do orders normally take to get delivered?
Processing and validating order details normally takes
one or two business days, after
which time approved orders are forwarded to one of our shipping
agents. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Your order?s delivery process usually takes
between 1 and 2 weeks - depending on the shipping method that you
have chosen for delivery and the country that the order was shipped
to. However, as some delays may occur due to third parties please
be patient and don?t hesitate to contact us via email at support@e-gerovital.com.
- How can I contact Customer Services?
Customers may contact our customer services by email at support@e-gerovital.com and/or
through our website. A customer support staff will respond to all
inquiries within 12 to 36 hours.
- Are the GeroVital H3 products legal in my country?
It is our experience that almost all countries will accept Gerovital
products for import. In practice and in theory most countries
allow the importation of cosmetic products anyway for
personal use.
